Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, opened cosmetics, or perishable goods may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.

Shipping
